ACME Healthcare Patient Application
This application is only for the use of authorized ACME Healthcare employees and licensed physicians. Users will only be able to see the patient details that they are entitled to based on their role. This level of security ensures that our patients data is kept secure and private by allowing employees to use a de-identified version of data for their normal job functions. This allows us to comply with various privacy regulations and maintains the trust of our patients.
Receptionists are allowed to register new patients and only authorized to view a protected version of the patient's medical record. Only Primary Care Physicians are able to view case history and medical condition.
Under Patient List you are able to browse and search all pateints in our practice. For detailed access to sensitive patient data or medical record history, refer to the Primary Care Physician for that pateint.
If a new patient makes an appointment, add their information and a brief description of their medical condition by using the form available under Create New Patient. The patient's data will automatically be protected before being saved to the database.
All usage of ACME Healthcare systems is logged.
